Editorial

Abstract

The journal’s current issue comprises a special editorial, six articles, and
a research report. The issue includes topics covering the importance of
Dalit autobiographies in social work education, modifications in fieldwork
guidelines during pandemic times, challenges in anti-trafficking units,
leadership and performance of successful female professionals, experiences of women domestic workers during the COVID-19 pandemic, gendered aspects of the division of housework and paid work. It also includes a research report on the role of professional social workers in the healthcare sector during the COVID-19 pandemic.
